These terms govern your use of Drawdn ("the Service"), a portfolio risk analytics platform operated at drawdn.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Drawdn provides portfolio risk analytics including Monte Carlo simulations, Value-at-Risk calculations, stress testing, and drawdown analysis. The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes only.

Drawdn is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All analytics, projections, and risk metrics are provided for informational purposes only.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Use the Service at your own risk.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Monte Carlo simulations and risk projections are based on historical data and statistical models. Actual outcomes may differ materially from any projections shown.

4. Data Accuracy

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (including EODHD and Yahoo Finance). While we strive for accuracy, data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data displayed.

You are responsible for verifying any data or analysis before relying on it.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

  • Any investment decisions made based on information from the Service.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in market data or risk analytics.
  • Unauthorised access to your account or data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
